What we provide with each hire

• Quality hot tubs – Our tubs are maintained, cleaned and tested to the highest standard to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Delivery and Installation – Once your booking is confirmed we will contact you one week before your booking date to arrange a delivery slot. Our trained hot tub installers will then deliver and site your tub in your preferred location.
• Water treatment – We will test the water in your tub and add chemicals to ensure your water is safe and hygienic for use. We will also provide you with the equipment and chemicals along with instructions to ensure your hot tub stays this way throughout your booking.
• Peace of mind – Don’t Forget The Towells are fully insured to protect both you and ourselves. We also provide a 24 hour help line so we are here if you need us.

What we need from you

• Access – Our tubs need access 75cm wide and need a height clearance of 1.8m. They will fit through standard doorways so access through a property is possible. Please measure first to avoid disappointment
• Water – Our tubs have to be filled with something and we find water works best. We will fill your tub using a hosepipe from your water mains. If you wish to use the tub a bit sooner we can part fill it from your hot water tap to reduce the tubs heating time
• Electric supply – Our tubs require a safe 240v 13 amp socket within 15 metres of the tubs location. Ideally this would be an external socket but don’t worry if this isn’t available. Let us know and we can talk you through the alternatives
• To have fun – Whether you want to lie back with a book and relax or party with friends our hot tubs have it all covered.
